OPERATIONS Appointment required. Live unload only — no drop and hook. Check-in at office window, expect to wait in truck initially. Unloading speed extremely inconsistent: ranges from 30 minutes to 7+ hours. Lumper fees are in-house (Core Mark employees) and very high: typically $260–$850+ depending on load size and complexity. Additional fees charged for non-palletized freight (~$125). Receiving staff scan and count everything, which delays process significantly. Late fee policy is strict: $350 for first hour late, $50 for each additional 30 minutes. Early check-in often refused. FACILITY EXPERIENCE Overnight parking available with pull-through gate (park right side). Bathroom situation poor — porta-potties reported for female drivers, limited/no facilities for male drivers. Vending machines and break room available but substandard. Staff attitude inconsistent but frequently reported as rude, dismissive, impatient. Reception window staff particularly cited as problematic — multiple complaints about disrespect toward drivers. Lot conditions dirty and broken in places. Warehouse cleanliness questionable (sanitation issues noted). Receiving clerks act as if doing drivers a favor, show no urgency. Paperwork processing slow — can add 1–2 hours after unload complete. A few positive individual experiences reported, but heavily outweighed by complaints. No customer service after 5pm Friday through weekend. NAVIGATION Use phone GPS (not truck GPS) within final mile — truck routing may send you to dirt road/hill approach.

It was very bad experience i came at 8 Am my appointment was 9 am and i got unloaded after 5 hours but staff was friendly.
Receiver here is bad. I’m not a joke. They charge thousand dollars for for Lumper and hold me here for six hours
I showed up 23 hours before my appointment with 8 pallets and a smile on my face. The young lady said, “Let me see what we can do,” took my paperwork, and went inside the warehouse to speak with someone. She came back and assigned me a door. From check-in to completion, the whole process took 50 minutes. I also take forever to back into the dock, and they were still very patient. Afterward, I stayed and slept for 5 hours in their staging area, and no one bothered me.<br>Thank you, guys!
Friendly stuff unloaded quickly and they have overnight parking thank you guys
680 to unloaded my trailer. 1 hr late they’re. Smacking you with a 500 dollar fee!! On top of the 180 lumper service. There doing nothing short of hustling/ strong arming owner operators and truck companies in general. Btw made communication with dispatch 3 hrs prior to arrival.
