They were rude and exclusionary when my fiance and I went to talk to him about trying to rent their clubhouse and facilities. There was no need to be rude.
The new pool, golf course and views are awesome! 4 stars there!<br><br>Although it had a beautiful view, the room was less than desirable in cleanliness. Without being hyperbolic, I've stayed in cleaner motel 6 rooms.<br><br>Day time staff was great! They were very attentive and quick with their service and help making our experience very enjoyable.<br><br>However housekeeping is where the problem is. There were a few things that caused us to opt out of staying the night once we unpacked in our room to settle in for the evening.<br><br>1- one of the white wash cloth in the bathroom was covered in thick orange makeup stains. It was so bad it looked like it was freshly used to remove a full face of makeup. It really turned me off wanting to use the others touching it.<br><br>2- there was a pair of used eye lashes embedded into the bench at the foot of the bed.<br><br>3- the sheets in the bed were stained.<br><br>4- by the time the stained wash cloth and sheets were noticed, there was no one available to bring us more and security didn't know where they were for us to get them ourselves.<br><br>5- the mini fridge had open drinks left inside.<br><br>6- TV didn't work<br><br>7- Huge safety fire hazard! The front doors were locked and we needed security to unlock them to be let out when we decided to leave. Had a fire broke out during his patrol, we would not have been able to open the doors to escape the fire.<br><br>We desided the room was too gross to sleep in and chose to make the hour drive home at 11:30pm instead of staying.<br><br>Go for the views and day time activities, do not waste money on a room.
