Fast unloading. Delivering chemicals.
Arrives 4/17/26 at 1430. Was told o can stop trailer product not ready and they’ll call me when it’s ready. Almost 8 hours later I call still not ready. Guy on phone said it’ll be ready around 3am. I said ok. I wake up at 0530 still no call or nothing. I call and asked about my load. The guy at shipper says oh it’s been ready over 30 min ago😑 idk what this place is doing but waiting 15+ hours you’ll think it’ll be better communication. That told me everything I needed to know. He then goes I’m going to have someone pull your trailer out the door. I drive from Speedway back to shipper. Rand buzzer 6x no one answered. I called the phone 3x. At this point I’m highly irritated because this is ridiculous. Remind you I saw the same guy that finally buzzed me in and gave me my paperwork looking at me walking to door from top window. Get my paperwork, trailer was still in door. Had to flag down yard dog bc I wasn’t sure if I could pull it out myself. He helped me with trailer. This place is Tara’s. I’ll be telling my company do not send me back here. They missed on everything.oh place is in a residential area where you can barely clear your turn.
