No loading on time. Lots of waiting
Strict pick up appt. You can get here 5/6/7 hours ahead if your appointment time, they will give you a dock but won’t load you until your appointment time. No matter if they’re busy or sitting free doing nothing, cracking jokes, but won’t load you until your appointment time. 2 types of ID they need for your to check in, 2 straps or you won’t be loaded. Don’t come here with a reefer…they have a notice hanging in check in area saying “we don’t load reefers”
