Glendale Heights location. Someone is going to start scrapping these abandoned grocery carts weekly if y’all can not get these people under control in the surrounding neighborhoods literally stealing and LITTERING the surrounding neighborhoods (SHOREWOOD DRIVE) with abandoned shopping carts. When Valli Produce was there it was never as bad as it is right now. PS we are in the year 2025 and wheel locking GPS technology exist but if you guys don’t want to invest in this, you will Continually invest in replenishing your carts moving forward. I understand as a big corporation you don’t have any real concern for this or what happens to the surrounding neighbors, But when someone start financially impacting your company in this location, you’re really gonna start caring and paying attention when you consistently have to order more shopping carts to replenish the ones abandoned on Shorewood Drive. This recurring issue absolutely shows how incompetent Tonys Fresh Market, their corporate offices and their store locations are at managing these issues and ORGANIZING their stores. The nonstop littering and abandonment of your Shopping Carts, because corporate does not want to spend money on modern day technology, is going to end either by someone scrapping them all at the local scrap yard OR the Tonys Fresh Market corporate office actually taking accountability and start being preventative. Your cart pushers should NOT be asked to walk neighborhoods because the residents are too lazy to purchase their own portable/reusable carts. Shame on you for doing this. PS: this pictured is not even all of the carts this is what I saw TODAY!
My app was 10am but these we are scheduled for 12pm. And they asking for lumper fee. No one at the door super slow place wait me till noon
Came here for delivery my appointment was at 11 the guy who opened the door was super nice put me in a dock right away. Told me about the lumper fee and to start working on that as soon as I got the number for them they started working on unloading me. Overall great experience here thank you
Went to Tony’s Fresh Market on Mannheim in Melrose Park today. I do not know why I even still try with this place. The service sucks. The Staff is rude and sometimes racist. Their app sucks. Very difficult to find anything on their site. You can’t only if there is a coupon to clip. Went to the store to buy a pack of Ekrich Smoked Sausage with a physical coupon displayed in front of the item. Go to pay and they do not accept the coupon because it is a mfg. coupon. Ask for the Manager “Adileny” why is the stack of coupons in front of item, her response “I do not know, I do not work in stock and it will NOT be honored”. After checking my receipt, the hot dog buns were also rung up wrong. It should have been $2.99 instead of $3.99. Went to customer service and the same young lady “Adileny” was to take care of me again. I went to take a picture of the price tag for her and she met me there and she tore all the price tags off. The one I purchased including around that area. Went back to customer service to meet her there again and she explained that none of those prices should be there. Why is that my problem? I wasted 30 minutes with this little girl who at the end was NOT a Manager. I have been to many Tony’s and this one is the WORST. Any suggestions to a Mexican store in Franklin Park to substitute this horrible place???
