Facility info
I appreciate you sharing these reviews, but I need to flag an important issue: This facility appears to be a party supply and packaging retail store, not a trucking/freight facility. These reviews discuss: Party balloons, plates, napkins, helium tanks Bulk cleaning supplies and food packaging Retail customer service experiences Birthday party supplies This doesn't match the freight operations context I'm designed to summarize. Truck drivers wouldn't be visiting a party supply shop for freight operations. Could you verify: Is this the correct facility? Are you looking for a summary of a trucking terminal, warehouse, or shipper/receiver facility instead? If you have reviews for an actual freight facility, I'm ready to provide a practical summary for drivers.

Fabulous customer service. They are always super friendly and welcoming. Plus they have everything I need packaging wise for my shop. Top notch business.
Great store but outstanding customer service from the main store person, I think his name is Nick - always friendly and helpful🙏🏽 Doing a great job
Prices are amazing! Very affordable and cheaper than other places. But the best part by far were the staff! Thank you all for help today sober and beyond you don’t find good customer care much anymore but you can find it here!<br>Thank you team
Be careful about buying supplies from here, they don’t tell you there’s no exchange or refund, even though items are brand new in original packaging. I mentioned to them that I am taking a few coloured napkins, plates etc and I have to check with the team which colour we will go with, they never said anything about the store policy being no refunds or exchanges. It was within a week too. Total rip off got
