They were quick about answering the doorbell. I only had one pallet for them. Quite quick and efficient. Look for signs on the building to go to the correct entrance.
Launch has been a great fulfillment partner for our business. Chandler, Genesis, Carter and the whole team have been there every step of the way when we have issues and always work hard to build custom workflows that improve our operations.
We've been working for 3 years with them.<br><br>- Payment is due upon invoice, fees start to apply after 7 days, so you better be ready to make payment as soon as the invoice reach your inbox.<br>- everytime you have a delay payment, they take ostage of your stock and stop the service... even for a couple of dollars.<br>- We decided to stop doing business with them.<br>- We want to move our stock around and because there is still a few dollars due, they won't release the stock, even when we have confirmation from their team, saying everything is good to go.<br>- Upon discussion with Service, they accept to release and refund the extra fees of trucking booking.<br>- We sent truck again, for the third time, and again it's not release... even with their confirmation.<br><br>If you want peace of mind, avoid this business.
Had a great experience with them. they were super transparent over the entire process and handled my questions super well. Very communicative and professional couldn’t have asked for a better experience
