Staff & Overall Vibe Generally friendly crew. Some drivers note staff can be cliquish. Scale house staff cooperative. Operations Check in at scale house for dry van loads. Quick unload times reported (10 minutes for 10 pallets mentioned). Dock access straight back to left—congestion possible when busy due to bulk load wrap-around. Some drivers report slower-than-average unload speeds, particularly for grain operations. Facility Limited info on amenities. Post-unload parking available off driveway. Yard conditions muddy per at least one report. Unknown if bathroom/facilities available—worth asking. Turnaround Decent in-and-out times for most, though some characterize pace as "slow and steady." Variable depending on how busy dock is.
