Facility info
Operations Appointment required; strictly enforced. Early arrivals often turned away or told to return at appointment time Live load facility Check-in procedures inconsistent — some drivers report easy entry, others encounter missing pickup numbers in system or long check-in delays Wait times wildly variable: 30 minutes to 2 hours on good days; 6-14+ hours commonly reported Many drivers cite extremely long dock wait times even after receiving door assignment Load readiness varies — some loads not ready when driver reaches door Staff responses to inquiries about delays reported as dismissive or rude Facility Experience No overnight parking Bathrooms available Staff attitude mixed but leans negative: rudeness, dismissiveness, and unprofessional conduct frequently reported Trailer must be in clean condition; dumpsters available but no broom provided Security personnel reported as unfriendly or disrespectful Vending machine available Yard conditions: adequate space to maneuver, large facility Reality Check Extremely inconsistent experience. Some drivers report 1-2 hour loads; majority report 6+ hours Appointment system appears ineffective as timing enforcement tool Facility management issues dominate complaints — not driver error Few genuinely positive reviews; most positive reviews cite speed or note "could have been worse" High volume of complaints about disrespect for driver time and condescending staff behavior
