Dear Butch. Today your company failed horribly. I hope your happy with you sales department. We have been a client for over 20yrs. There is no other contact for high up management and my calls are being blocked
So we bought two of their outdoor trees in late 2023 for Christmas. As we are inspecting them yesterday for setup in the yard again we noticed the Switches on both and the plug in on one are literally melted.<br>No problem, one year warranty and we are out or it. Okay again no issue.<br>So how much are the replacement cables? ANSWER: Those are discontinued and we don't have any replacement parts. But you can go buy new ones for $200 plus dollars each.<br><br>So much for customer service and standing behind your products .
Fix your pickup process. I shouldn’t have to wait 3 hours for one item!!! Absolutely horrible customer experience
