Facility info

APPOINTMENT & OPERATIONS Scheduled appointments required; Monday-Friday 7am-3pm windows only Check-in at first building on left upon entry Single dock — major bottleneck Loading/unloading consistently takes 4+ hours; some reports 3-5 hours for small loads (5 pallets) Staff may not respond to intercom or acknowledge arrival promptly Assignments given for middle or end of building after check-in FACILITY & YARD Extremely tight yard — blind spots are real problem Poor parking layout; vehicles parked directly in front of docks create congestion and stress Limited to no overnight parking One-door operation adds to gridlock Overcrowded, especially typical for NJ area STAFF & EXPERIENCE Attitude inconsistent — some staff described as friendly and helpful; others report being ignored or disregarded Communication issues: drivers left waiting without updates or acknowledgment of arrival One positive standout employee noted, but not consistent across facility REALITY CHECK This is not a quick stop. Plan for significant downtime Only realistic if you have time flexibility or are already in the area Multiple drivers report this isn't worth the wait relative to elsewhere Works best for less urgent deliveries where extended wait is acceptable

This place is absolute garbage, they will hold you up for nothing & do nothing. Definitely needs better management.

Terrible service. Complete disregard for drivers.

This place has absolutely no respect for delivery drivers. I arrived for a scheduled delivery and nobody answered the intercom. I stood there waiting while employees were clearly around — people saw me and just ignored me.

Eventually, someone outside had to open the door, and only then another worker noticed me and told someone inside that a truck was waiting. Only after that did anything start moving. Until then — zero communication, zero care.

The worst part?
I had ONLY 5 PALLETS.
Five. Not fifty. Five.

And yet I still had to wait an unreasonable amount of time just to get basic acknowledgment that I was even there.

This is bad logistics, bad organization, and bad attitude. If you work with truck deliveries, answer the intercom, communicate, and respect people’s time. Drivers are not invisible.

One of the worst receiving experiences I’ve had.
