Facility info

CHECK-IN & APPOINTMENTS Gate guard checks you in, assigns dock immediately. Can check in 1 hour before or after appointment time — bring your delivery number. Line at check-in can be slow; give yourself time. Don't arrive more than 1 hour early. DROP & HOOK OPERATIONS Drop trailer at assigned dock. Go to shipping/receiving office (near door 57/58 or 59) with paperwork. Must unhook, slide tandems, chock wheels before leaving property. Facility will call you when unload is complete. WAIT TIMES Highly variable — ranges from 1-2 hours on good days to 5-7+ hours on bad days. Some loads (like water) move faster. Facility does not guarantee timing. Walmart does not pay retention time at this location. PARKING WHILE WAITING Cannot stay on premises after dropping trailer. Must leave property. Street parking available outside facility (limited spaces, not guaranteed). Pilot truck stop 1.8 miles away with 70-80 spaces, Dunkin Donuts, Hardee's nearby. Other truck stops within 0.3-1 mile. Overnight street parking allowed if needed. YARD CONDITIONS Generally decent. Empty trailer lot present but trailers sometimes parked too close together (3" gaps — landing gear crank handles can't clear). Ongoing construction reported at some check-ins; may affect parking assignments. STAFF Mixed reviews. Gate staff ranges from extremely helpful to rude. Some individual staff members highly praised. Generally inconsistent. UNLOAD SPEED Slow compared to other Walmart DCs. Typical 2+ hours, but 5-7 hours common. Limited unload equipment sometimes noted.
