Appalling customer service! Booked an appointment for diagnosis early in the day (9:45). The whole day passed by without a single call from the advisor. Phone numbers listed on the website and work order were both wrong. When I finally did get in touch with them at the end of the day, the car hadn’t even made it into the shop. No apology, in fact, it seemed normal to them to have wasted my whole day.
Not the best and not the worst.
My experience was great. My sales person was Rachel Lotts. She was understanding of my needs and my budget. Her personality was friendly and she not pushy at all. Her patience was extraordinary.<br>I greatly recommend her.
