Staff described as friendly, efficient, and going the extra mile. Doctors take time to explain procedures and involve patients in decisions. Appointment & Check-In Appointments generally on time or early. Recent improvements noted in wait times for appointments. Front desk check-in procedures can be confusing and congested during busy periods — multiple reports of unclear payment/co-pay processes and crowded waiting room area. Wait Times Highly variable. Most patients report quick visits once in treatment areas (10 minutes or less for some procedures). However, getting initial appointments has been difficult — some reported delayed callbacks and had to show up in person. One patient noted fasting labs after 10 AM not ideal.
