Facility info
OPERATIONS Appointments required but arrival timing varies — some drivers report appointments honored, others say priority goes by kill date regardless of appointment time Mix of drop-and-hook and live load; confirm at booking which applies Reefer loads must be precooled to -10°F before shipper will load; facility won't assign dock door until temperature requirement met Unload times highly variable: anywhere from under 1 hour to 8+ hours depending on dock availability and workload Check-in requires going through Lineage gate first, then around back through Tyson gate to main building Must have clean trailer and 3/4 tank minimum to drop; facility inspects both Early arrival doesn't guarantee early service One or two dock doors but often only one unloading at a time FACILITY EXPERIENCE No overnight parking available Bathrooms available inside building Staff attitude mixed: many drivers report friendly, professional personnel; some report dismissive or uncooperative behavior Yard is tight and congested; strong odor noted Guard shack staff consistently described as nice Petro truck stop 3 miles away for parking and washout Not open 24 hours; gate doesn't open until early morning if arriving at night Very clean facility per some reviews BOTTOM LINE Hit or miss on wait times. Plan for 1-3 hours minimum. If you have reefer load, confirm precool requirement before arriving. Staff professionalism varies. No overnight option.

Had a 12pm appt arrives one hour early. Spent 12.5 hrs there total time and they were not even busy. If I could give them zero stars, I would. Avoid this place at all costs.
Be aware of this facility I am not writing this against any staff member or a guard shack I am leaving my opinion about this facility these guys are taking your whole day if you have another pick up then you’re in trouble so owner operators don’t book a load before you deliver here
Do not follow Google Maps nor Truck GPS. From I-59 exit 181. go east to second red light past the Petro (Airport Rd). Follow<br>south about 2 miles. At the stop light (Steele Station), go straight into the driveway for check-in
