Don't waste your time. Every time I call I get passed around, and then they can never answer on what work they actually can help with. I wanted to order doors and no one seems to want to help.
Had some issues with the garage door not closing. While it took 3 or 4 calls to actually talk to someone, their customer service was great & he even sent a tech out the same day to fix the door. The technician was knowledgeable, friendly & professional. He even adjusted some things above & beyond what was causing the closing issue, & he lubricated the whole operation. All in all, I highly recommend them for both their customer service & their knowledgeable technicians.
