CHECK-IN & PROCEDURES Self-service kiosk check-in required (multilingual). Need confirmation number and ID starting with "18" (if applicable). After kiosk check-in, facility texts dock assignment. After loading and green light, driver parks in center staging area. Facility texts when paperwork ready. Driver returns to kiosk to check out, then goes to window for final seal/BOL. LOAD TYPES & WAIT TIMES Drop and hook loads typically faster. Live loads significantly slower — Target loads reported at 2.5-5+ hours; general live loads 1.5-4 hours.
