The facility does not accommodate truck drivers for loading/unloading operations in any standard sense. If you're considering this location anyway: — Tight access. 53' trailers will scrape the DOT bumper going up driveway hill; ask about street-level offload. — Trailer skirts will be damaged sliding tandems back to reach dock level. — Need to back out into road to leave; hug curb on driver side. — Dock opens 8 am only. — Dock staff responsive and quick once you're in. — Parking available on road while waiting for dock to open. Bottom line: This appears to be a commercial build-out/flooring company, not a logistics hub. Verify you have the correct facility before heading there.

Larry is a very capable and dependable painter. We have hired him for several projects and been very pleased. He’s not only knowledgeable about how to fix issues and problems, but he also takes his time so he does each job well.
It's not terrible. The hill is steeper than it looks on street view. 53' trailers slide tandems to the middle of the slide to try to avoid grinding the DOT bumper. Also, your trailer skirts will get messed up because you have to slide tandems all the way back to sit near level with the dock. You'll have to back out into the road to leave. Hug the curb on the driverside, and it's no problem. There is a surprising amount of room to maneuver to get in the dock. We asked to have a car moved from next to the dock, and it was moved with no problem. You'll need that space clear to get in. The dock worker was really nice and helpful. Got us in and out real quick. The dock doesn't open until 8 am. So if you show up early, just hang out on the road.
