Shows up at 0400 per dispatch. First shift arrives at 0600. Loaded and leaving at 0730. Friendly staff
I have been waiting for unloading for three hours already. They haven't even started yet. Absolutely unorganized work at this warehouse. But the person on duty, the guard is quite pleasant, He is trying to help. Just for that, I will give them one more star.
Terrible experience, I rarely post, but got here at 07:30 for supposedly 8 am appointment, it is now 13:30 and still waiting for a door to unload, just about 6 hours and counting, absolutely disgusting how some places ruin your day, already lost my reload at another shipper, looks like I’ll have to wait a whole day to get another load booked, 17 years at this and this is why I don’t want to do this anymore!!!!!
I arrived at 6:56 a.m. for my 7:00 a.m. appointment, but the facility is very poorly organized.

There were no clear signs for shipping or receiving. I didn’t see a guard shack at first, so I went inside the building thinking the receiving office was there. After asking, I was sent to another building near doors 1, 2, and 3, where I was told to wait for a yard jockey.

While waiting in my truck, the yard jockey came and told me to go back to the guard shack to check in. By that time, five other trucks had arrived. After I checked in, they told me to park and that they would come to me — but they started taking the other trucks first.

I had a 7:00 a.m. appointment, but it did not feel like appointments were honored. It felt like first come, first serve, not by appointment time.

Overall, this facility has poor communication, no proper signage, and confusing procedures. Very disappointing experience.
