  Lovely place for a peaceful hike. The creekside trail has lots of shade, which was perfect on a very warm morning. The farm animals are a fun bonus. My family loves this place. For us, it's worth paying $10 to park there for a nicer, less crowded experience than some other nearby trails.<br><br>The only CON is beware of lots of Poison Oak on the sides of some of the trails. My husband is severely allergic, so we have to be diligent about staying in the middle of the trails.

  Hidden villa is constantly closed for various paid events and programs making it hard to visit if you just want to hike or enjoy nature. They charge 10 dollars for entry but refuse to properly maintain hiking trails so get ready to constantly brush up against poison oak, ticks, and burrs. Go to the other nearby parks instead and don’t waste your money here.

  We had the supervisor (or the team leader?) as our tour guide, and unfortunately she was not friendly at all. Every time we asked questions about the animals, we only received cold, blunt “yes” or “no” answers. The whole tour felt extremely rushed, like she just wanted to get us out the door as quickly as possible. Considering the price our group paid, the experience was definitely not worth it. Other tour guides there appeared much more friendly and engaging, which made the experience even more disappointing.
