OPERATIONS Appointment scheduling: Appointments required but frequently not honored. Expect 2-5+ hour waits even when arriving on time. Early arrival doesn't guarantee faster service. Check-in window opens at 3 AM for dry loads; restricted receiving hours (3-8 PM for dry, different times for reefer). Live load vs drop and hook: Live unload only. Disconnect trailer at dock, wait for unload completion and paperwork. Check-in procedures: Report to guard shack first—you'll be assigned a parking spot. Write your phone number on check-in paperwork. Walk to shipping/receiving office and check in (usually a long line). Staff will call with door assignment. Safety vest required—enforced. Wait times: Highly variable and unpredictable. Typical total time 4-10+ hours from arrival to departure. Common breakdown: 1-3 hours to get a door, 2-6+ hours to unload, 1+ hours for paperwork/lumper fee processing. Some drivers report 9-20+ hour waits. A few report quick 2-3 hour turnarounds, but these are exceptions. Safety requirements: Safety vest mandatory. Leave trailer doors open for guard inspection before exiting lot. FACILITY EXPERIENCE Overnight parking: No overnight parking available. Circle K truck stop 0.8 miles away at same exit. Bathroom availability: No bathrooms on-site. Port-a-potties described as disgusting. Plan accordingly. Staff attitude: Consistently reported as rude, dismissive, disrespectful, and "like they hate their job." Guard shack, receiving window, and yard personnel all cited. Unprofessional communication. Some rare positive exceptions noted but not the norm. Yard conditions: Heavy, chaotic traffic. Yard jockeys (yard dogs) drive recklessly—speeding, no courtesy warning, poor visibility situations. Dangerous backing conditions. Lot congestion. Described as disorganized and circus-like. Lumper service: Uses Capstone logistics. Fees $120-$430+ (varies by load). Payment delays common—can take 1+ additional hours after unload completion to receive payment link. OTHER ISSUES Cargo handling: Multiple reports of careless

Coming to this place is wasting your time and then they charge you 315 dollars of lumper this place is a lack of respect for truck drivers and they have to be here up to an average of 4 hours to do their job and that you are paying for that

1st rule always safety vest you can be charge $400 for not wearing one. Then they have overnight parking. I arrived at midnight for 0900 appointment and I’ve got space number to park. And yes you have to park in designated place. To me they are great.

Easy check-in procedure but, very slow to unload and get your paperwork (6hours).
