I was dispatched to this Walmart address to pickup a loaded trailer. I dropped my trailer, went to the pickup office, and they buzzed me inside at door 325 to the pickup window. I went in and told them my company and that I was to pickup a preloaded trailer and the delivery address. Walmart said I was only allowed to pickup with the trailer number or a pickup number starting with 42. I contacted the night shift team at my company and they gave me a 60 pickup number which Walmart said they did not want. My transportation team said the broker CH Robinson was unresponsive. My company told be to find a safe haven to p
