  Scam - Avoid! Trying to get $870.00 for a $160.00 pair of glasses. Avoid this place and go somewhere professional, if there is anywhere professional left! The entire medical field is absolutely worthless! Ordered a pair of prescription safety glasses, they called my insurance and got everything settled I get $600.00 for glasses. Glasses came in and there was a problem, returned them and they said pick another pair so I did. They called and said the new pair was in but there would be a $270.00 difference. Uhhhhhh, the ones I picked to replace the first pair was cheaper, how do I owe almost $300.00? The guy said my insurance said they don’t cover safety glasses. I called my insurance and they said they haven’t spoken to anyone about it and as long as they’re prescription, they’re covered. Said she would call them and let them know. Haven’t heard back from Tavel. I believe they were trying to scam me for another $270.00! They didn’t even call the insurance company, just made that part up I guess? 🤷🏼‍♂️ Avoid this place at all cost!

  Dr was amazing intake nurse was great but the Time it took was horrible almost 2 1/2 hours Ik it shouldn’t take that long and when I was getting my glasses they seemed like they didn’t want to help me very distant and not very friendly and on the phone with someone else the whole time

  First time here, great experience. Staff were friendly, helpful and just happy to be there! Dr. L. helped me understand the growing cataracts & explained the ins n outs of lens replacement surgery. Look forward to going back!

  Sales person sold me a pair of flexon frames because they are more durable. Lasted maybe a year and they broke and Tavel said I’m out of warranty so tuff…. Great company. Just get the cheap pair of frames and save yourself some money
