  We had a great experience with Lomax Carpet & Tile Mart in Thorndale. Everyone in the store is friendly, accommodating, and willing to help. They have a very nice selection with plenty of options to choose from.<br><br>A special thank you to Sam, our sales consultant. She is absolutely amazing to work with. She is knowledgeable, patient, and really takes the time to listen to what you’re looking for. She also gives great, practical advice and helps guide you toward the right choice without ever making you feel pressured.<br><br>The entire staff goes out of their way to make sure you’re happy. They really can’t do enough for you.<br><br>We couldn’t be happier with our experience and honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else for our carpeting and flooring needs. Highly recommend Sam and the entire team at Lomax in Thorndale!

  The showroom is nice for choosing a style, and the sales associates are friendly. However, the fulfillment process needs improvement. Since the showroom and warehouse are separate businesses, there can be miscommunication with orders, which makes the process more difficult than it should be.
