Check in at guard shack first; Walmart/Sam's Club park across from doors 33–40, check in at door 30 or 31. Americold loads go to blinking stop sign/door with covering. Don't arrive more than 2 hours early or you'll be turned away. Live unload only—no drop and hook. Receiving operates roughly 1600–0415, closed weekends for some operations. Unload times 30 min to 2.5 hrs depending on load size and dock availability. Staff attitude consistently friendly and professional across reviews. Guard shack provides clear directions. Some reports of late arrivals being accepted, but officially work-in status only. No overnight parking allowed. Restrooms available inside receiving office. Wide, well-marked entrance with adequate backing space, though some tight maneuvering required. Wait times highly variable: 30 min to 4+ hours. Arrive at your appointment time—late arrivals may get rejected for several hours. Early arrivals sometimes accommodated, sometimes not. Facility recently renovated with new gate and guard shack. Yard in good condition. Communication issues reported (mailbox full, no posted hours of operation).

Arrived forty-five minutes before appointment and was sent to bldg 4 to check in. I got a door assignment after checking in with the receiving office, had to go past the door to loop back around to get into the dock sightside instead of blindside backing. It's a little tight but at least I had three doors open and was able to get into the middle one 😄. They started unloading the trailer approximately an hour after being docked. I was unloaded and rolling out of the front gate three hours after arriving. The guards and the receiving staff were all friendly and professional. There are restrooms for the drivers in the receiving office area.
Unique experience at this location than other Americold facilities in other states. I had Walmart product to cold storage and I arrived 3 hrs late of my appointment so they turned me away until 9 or 10 hrs later to come back when the receiver is open.( no overnight parking before or after). My broker rescheduled the next available appointment until midnight that evening...some 18 hrs after I first tried to arrive to their security gate late. Well....after going away nearby to sleep and wair for about 8 hrs until 330pm( they open at 3 for Walmart product) I went in early to see if they would accept the Walmart product earlier than my new appointment. Luckily for me they decided to take it "early" than midnight...at about 4pm upon my arrival inside the security gate. They assigned me a door quickly and told me "no promises" a work-in status "at their convenience when and if they can". Might be until later once backing into the door. Upon backing into the door they began immediately however and got a partial 1/2 of a trailer load off in about 30 minutes to give me the BOL quite very quickly upon bumping the dock. So that was very nice of them I suppose. If there was an Americold rescheduling fee it was handled above the drivers head with the broker without asking me for a code( perhaps only because the broker had negotiated the rescheduling prior to my arrival with someone in the office).
