Facility info

Unload times: Inconsistent. Some report quick service (30 min to 1 hour), others cite 2+ hours or 6-10 hour waits. LTL and drop-and-hook reportedly faster than full loads. Appointments: Required. Some delays even with early arrival. Power outages and yard congestion reported. One driver waited 6+ hours past appointment time; another waited 6.5 hours total. Check-in: Straightforward when staff available. May need to call gate for entry after hours. Overnight parking: Available for delivery drivers. Gated lot with security guard (overnight shift reportedly off-duty Pittsburgh Police Officer). Back drop lot can be muddy. Facility conditions: Tight city streets with low bridges to access. Adequate maneuvering space in lot. Docks are basic (shed-style). Gas station next door. Staff: Mixed reviews. Generally polite and helpful, though some report slower responsiveness at gate. Admin staff noted as helpful during dock procedures. One hiring inquiry had poor phone service. Notable issues: One significant incident involving professional handling of extended wait due to power outage. One unrelated complaint about a delivery driver blocking adjacent business driveway. Positives: Drop-and-hook availability. Amazon trailers available 24/7. Staff responsive to weather/safety concerns. Security helpful and professional.
