  We hired John for a major repair at out home in Townshend. We would highly reccomend him and look forward to using him on our next project.<br><br>Finding a contractor in Vermont can be challenging. We needed a contractor to rebuild a large portion of our 65 year old home that was not structurally sound. We reached out to a few that had good reputations or were highly recommended. only 3 manages to come to this use for an evaluation and only 2 actually gave us a quote.<br><br>From the start, John was a true professional understanding what we needed done and how to do it. He communicates effectively and unlike many contractors stayed on schedule and on budget.<br><br>The work was done beautifully and it seems like John and his crew thought of everything. The repairs are so seemless that us and our guests thaink it was all part of the original structure!<br><br>I would highly recommend him for any contractor work and we can’t wait to use him for a more cosmetic renovation.

  We are so pleased with our finished project! John helped us remodel a kitchen, mudroom, and 4 bathrooms and he exceeded our expectations. He is incredibly professional, and his crew produced high-quality work. They were attentive to every detail, kept a clean workspace, and completed the job on schedule.   I've worked with John for over 5 years and couldn't be happier. He has been fantastic to work with. We bought a fixer upper that needed major work beyond our abilities. John consistently followed up with us, his team and his vendors to make sure things were done properly. John did everything from a foundation wall replacement, installed french drains, installed a water diverter up the hill, new porch, new railings, new stairs, painted the house, roof repairs, new screen panels, new interior railing and a driveway repair. Major projects that were in need of the right equipment and more importantly the right know how. Beyond his craftsmanship I truly value his communication. He would ask questions on the fly to confirm specifics and send pictures of the updates. If you can get on his schedule, don't think twice about bringing him onto your project.

  This guy doesn't even know how to answer his phone without being rude. I thought I had connection issues but it was him hanging up on me. When he finally answered he had zero manners. I had to ask him if he was a builder. I don't know how he gets perspective clients. If he acts like that on the phone I can't imagine how he is to work with throughout an entire build.<br><br>Hard pass even if he was available!
