Unload/Load Speed Highly variable. Unloading consistently fast — 7-30 minutes reported. Loading much slower — 2.5-5 hours typical, sometimes longer. One driver waited 7.5 hours for a pickup despite early arrival. Appointments Gate may not open you into a dock until 2+ hours after appointment time despite quick unload once you get in. Early arrivals possible. Check-in & Operations Report to shipping office first. Then wait in staging area (holds 5-6 trucks) until called to dock. Loader provides docs and seals when done. Easy docking with adequate pull-up and back-in space. Overnight Parking Available if arriving during office hours. Gravel lot. Gate closes after hours — no overnight access if you arrive outside business hours. Facility Conditions Clean and orderly. Staging area adequate. Restroom available (at least sometimes — one review noted none). Staff Generally friendly and professional. Responsive when actually working. Location Note Can be awkward to access if approaching from wrong side of Highway 50. Other One driver reported being loaded overweight.
