Facility info

Appointments heavily enforced — late fees ($150-$500) charged for arrivals 30+ minutes past appointment time. Facility does not reciprocate — will take 3-8 hours to load you even with confirmed appointment. Check-in slow — can take 1-3 hours just to get assigned a door. Expect delays even if arriving early. Loading times unpredictable — 2-9 hours reported. Depends partly on whether product from Mexico has arrived. Will not begin loading until your appointment time, even if you're docked early. Multiple buildings on-site — check in at Building 4001, may be directed to different cooler for loading, return to 4001 for paperwork. Creates confusion and additional delays. Weight issues — verify gross weight before leaving. Supervisors may not have accurate weights or refuse to provide them. Multiple reports of overweight loads discovered at scales. Paperwork checkout slow — 30-60 minutes common just to get BOLs, even after loading is complete. Overnight parking available — 10-15 spots at check-in building, street parking also reported. Bathrooms available and generally clean. Staff attitude mixed — some report friendly, helpful supervisors; others describe rude, disrespectful treatment. Communication issues noted, including language barriers at dispatch. Multiple cooler locations can lead to wrong driver assignments if major carrier. Understaffed — facility appears to operate below capacity.
