Facility info

Appointment required — strictly enforced; arrive early and you'll be turned away or parked on street. Early arrivals burn clock time. Check-in process — variable; some report 15 minutes, others significantly delayed. Pull to speaker on right lane with PO number, trailer number, yellow tag number, state, and destination ready. Loading times wildly inconsistent — ranges from under 1 hour to 7+ hours. Most common complaints: 2-3 hours if on time, 5-6+ hours if late. Some loads held up mid-process for no clear reason. Loading quality issues reported (improper weight distribution, overweights requiring reloads, pallets shifting in transit). Weight verification critical — multiple reports of overweight loads; scale load independently before leaving. Drivers report being overloaded intentionally and forced to return for reloads. Staff attitude mixed bag — some drivers report friendly, professional treatment; others report rudeness at gate/office, particularly with appointment enforcement and during delays. One specific security guard noted positively for professionalism and politeness. Tight facility — limited yard space, tight backing angles, blind spots at docks 50-52, trailers parked across dock doors creating maneuvering challenges. Manageable if careful and unhurried. No overnight parking — Pilot truck stop nearby (5 minutes away) is cramped. Come only for appointment, don't plan extended stays. Bathrooms and vending available — basic amenities present. Drop and hook available — some loads offered this way; others are live loads. Lumper fees by text — confirm payment method upfront. Gate control strict — don't pull out on green light without explicit approval; wait for paperwork/seal completion and driver call from office.

THIS GUY NEEDS TO BE FIRED HE TREATED MY TRAILER LIKE IT WAS A RACE TRACK, just slamming into the trailer the entire time I went to talk to him at the back of the trailer and he told me he doesn’t have to take time he can slam it all he wants, A guy like this does not deserve to be operating a forklift, FIRE HIM OR LET HIM CLEAN THE BATHROOM
