OPERATIONS Live load/unload: expect 5–12+ hours; loads frequently delayed or not ready at appointment time Drop and hook: 30–45 mins if load is ready; can be quick but preloads sometimes incomplete Check-in process slow; security gate and office check both required; can bottleneck at entrance FACILITY EXPERIENCE No overnight parking Staff attitude inconsistent—some friendly, many described as slow, unprofessional, disrespectful, or indifferent Bathrooms available but limited; one restroom on far side of building Yard layout simple and tidy; backing area easy to navigate for D&H; east side for loaded trailers, west for empties BOTTOM LINE Avoid for live load. Only accept if it's a drop and hook and load is confirmed ready beforehand. Check-in delays are routine. Staff doesn't prioritize driver time.
