DO NOT use this company's product.<br>We installed 50 gal electric water heater in Feb 2024. On 1/1/2025, the water heater got an issue to make hot water, we had to find technicians to fix it. Then during the Summer of 2026, the water heater got problems again. Technician reported some parts need to be replaced. Those parts are still under warranty. I called customer care to order the parts several times. They asked me all kinds of technical questions, readings... I told them the parts were gone bad broken and no readings. They were just not willing to give out the parts under warranty and found all kinds of excuses to reject the request.
We are BEYOND FRUSTRATED with this company!! DONT USE THEM!! Our igniter unit went out on our 2023 water tank (should be good under warranty) and we had our technician order the part on Thursday July 30th. They COULDN'T give us a estimate when it would arrive. We checked the Fed ex website with the tracking and they DID NOT make order until Mon the 3rd, FOUR DAYS later. To boot, they NEVER gave the package to fed ex until 3 DAYS after that! We have been WITHOUT HOT WATER for over a WEEK, and buy time of delivery, it will be 2 weeks.. CHOSE a DIFFERENT supplier.
