No over night parking. Gate opens at 5. You need truck and trailer plate number dot number ARB number to sign in. And the forklift driver will come out and tell you what your lumper fee is. Not to bad on time 2 and a half hours in all.

Fast loading, under 30 min. Very helpful with giving instructions. Let me park there for a while, not sure if you can park overnight after youre loaded or unloaded. There's a gate, so not before they open. Not much room on the street.
