  Agree with other reviewers; they have zero customer service, not bad, just non-existent. They have no way to contact them; no phone number, and while they post an email address, there is definitely no one checking it, as I have sent multiple messages over a period of months with no response. I have no idea why event organizers use them. There must be better options.

  worst customer service I've ever seen. If you see Front Gate Tickets anywhere, avoid getting anything from them.

  This company is complete garbage, will ruin the experience of someone traveling across the country to weasel an extra $25 a person. We bought tickets to an event at the Gorge, then separately bought tickets to a pre-party, we checked every piece of correspondence we had for both sets of tickets to confirm they were independent from one another. Go to the event and they tell us we need both to get in, stood in line with 300-400 other disgruntled people and missed half the performance just to pay the scumbag tax to these parasites.

  Horrible to deal with. I’ve been trying to sell my tickets for a festival I can no longer go to. They make it impossible. I would change this to zero stars or negative stars if I could

  SCAM! DO NOT USE THIS SITE. FRAUD.<br>I selected 1 ticket, saw a total price of $126.25 and then I got my receipt for $506.00 after a few pages of checked boxes, the system entered in 4 tickets, I immediately called and they wouldn't stop the charge or take any accountability.
