Facility info
Phone Communication: Consistently unreachable. Multiple reports of calls going straight to voicemail with no callbacks. Significant operational problem. Appointments: Required and strictly enforced. Being late can result in 5-6 hour waits or load cancellation. Early arrival doesn't guarantee priority—may lose appointment slot. Check-in: Go to receiving office (last door in back for receiving loads, 1st door after gate for shipping/frozen goods). Signs are small/not reflective. Check-in staff quality varies widely—some very friendly, others reported as rude. Trailer Inspection: Extremely stringent. Facility inspects every trailer before docking. Will reject for minor dust, spots, or odor. Recent chicken/seafood loads must be bleached/cleaned. Will send drivers 30-50 miles away for washout if rejected. Nearest wash: Blue Beacon, ~40 miles. Reefer Temperature: Must be pre-cooled to -10°F before arrival. Non-negotiable. Load Time: Highly variable—anywhere from 15 minutes to 9+ hours. Often slow despite appearing not busy. Equipment issues reported (forklifts). Single-truck loading bottlenecks noted. Overnight Parking: No overnight parking on facility grounds. Can park in front of gate (3-4 truck capacity). Off-site parking required. Bathrooms: Limited/unavailable for drivers per some reviews. Staff Attitude: Mixed. Some describe shipping department as professional and friendly. Others report rudeness, disrespect toward drivers with accents, inconsistent enforcement of rules, and unprofessional behavior (refusing to load based on fatigue, selective dress code enforcement). Hours: 7 AM–8 PM weekdays. Closed nights and weekends. Facility Condition: Generally clean. Wide backing area if experienced, but tight for sleeper trucks. Described as disorganized operationally. Load Locks: Facility stresses proper load lock usage.
Driver reviews
For nearly 11 years of driving trucks, picking up and delivering loads across the country, I have never experienced treatment like this.

In March, I had a scheduled pickup at 2:00 PM. I arrived at 1:30 PM, and after inspecting my trailer, I was told to wash it. I explained that the trailer was already clean and did not require washing, but I was forced to drive 65 miles to get it washed. I returned at 3:45 PM, only to be told that my load was not ready and that I had to come back the next morning at 7:00 AM. I had no choice but to spend the night there. The following morning, I arrived on time, yet I was not loaded until 12:00 PM.

I was shocked by the lack of respect shown toward drivers.

Then, on June 9, 2026, I had another appointment scheduled for 7:00 PM. I arrived at 6:30 PM but was told to return the next day at 6:00 AM because shipping had already closed. I followed their instructions exactly.

The next morning, after my trailer inspection, a female manager instructed me to wash the trailer again. The employee handling my check-in left, and I politely asked her to confirm whether the trailer was actually dirty. She repeated that I had to wash it and bring back the receipt. I complied, returned with the receipt, and she photographed it before telling me to go to Door 1 and wait.

After waiting for approximately three hours, I respectfully asked whether I would be loaded. Instead of answering my question, she became upset and told me, “You’re always like this.” It was the first time I had ever met her. I asked when she had ever seen me behave that way before, but she became even more angry simply because I asked for clarification.

She repeatedly ordered me to leave the facility, saying that I had looked at her in a bad way. I immediately contacted my dispatcher, who later informed me that my load had been canceled because the manager claimed that I had disrespected her and refused to load me.

In all my years in tru
Very polite and understanding staff. Thank you for being patient with me.

Note:
Make sure your reefer pre-cooled before you show up.
Also make sure your trailer is clean and washed out.
