Appointment scheduling: First-come-first-serve despite appointments being required; arriving early gets you held until appointment time (can wait 1+ hours). Check-in can be slow but fairly quick once you talk to desk. Live load vs drop and hook: Drop and hook available and efficient. Live load also handled but slower. Wait times: Highly variable—reports range from 30 minutes to 4+ hours. Unloading itself typically fast (30–40 min) when it starts, but appointment timing management is inconsistent. Safety: Forklift damage to trailers reported; inspect your equipment before and after. One incident of roof puncture with facility denial of responsibility. Overnight parking: Available inside gates and in lot; ample space. Bathrooms: Available and reported clean. Staff attitude: Extremely mixed.
