Expect 4–12+ hour waits — even with appointment, docks are bottleneck. Multiple reports of 8–28 hour delays. No correlation between facility occupancy and load speed. Live load only — no drop-and-hook. Check-in requires driver's license twice (gate + office). Gate guards generally professional; shipping office staff highly inconsistent. --- Street parking for overnight — in yard if arriving early; otherwise on surrounding streets. Clean restrooms inside receiving office. Massive facility but cramped dock operations. Staff attitude volatile — security generally friendly; shipping/receiving staff range from excellent to dismissive and rude. Language barriers noted. Management shows little regard for driver time or ELDs.

Almost 50 minutes to check in I don’t know what they do I saw security guard just talking to each other and don’t care how many truck is in the line wait for checked in 😳
Trying to get on there property to tow a semi truck out of there dock is a joke I’m trying to been sitting here over a hour trying to get his truck out I see the truck and spoke with the driver and the security guard and I still can get in this place is a joke
