We experienced very poor service and would not recommend working with this company. They misrepresented the weight of the small car door pallet; they stated it was 570 lbs, which is unrealistic since no car door weighs that much. The actual weight of the door was 144 lbs, while the car weighs 2000 lbs. This is regarding dispute number PRO 708962026 and BOL 64912722
Slow slow slow
Security guards are not good today I am dropping off empty trailer and need to use restroom wait more then half hr to use the restroom they took forever to check you in and out. Imperial security guard
