Operations Drop and hook setup — back in, unhook, park next to trailer. Loading extremely fast, often 40 minutes to 1.5 hours. Will load early if you arrive ahead of appointment. Hard stop at 2 PM — they mean it. Check in at office on north side of building. Facility experience Overnight parking available on north side (dirt lot). Staff consistently friendly and professional. Docks are tight and narrow — tight squeeze for 53-footers. Challenging to navigate if trailers parked directly across from your dock door. Building close to neighboring structures. Some difficulty locating facility initially — get directions before arriving. One report of poor customer service from specific staff member, but isolated. Safety/Logistics Park on north side in dirt lot, then walk to office. Building layout described as "a maze" — know where you're going. Neighboring docks and tight quarters make backing tricky but doable. Door access can be tough depending on day and trailer placement across from you.
