Facility info
OPERATIONS Must call 30 minutes before arrival to confirm door availability — no space to wait on-site Live load only; typically 1-2 hours but can stretch to 8+ hours Frozen loads require phone check-in; dry loads can park beside building and check in on arrival Arrive on time for appointment — arriving early won't get you in faster FACILITY EXPERIENCE No overnight parking; no parking on-site period — some drivers park 10 miles away at truck stop Restrooms available (inconsistently mentioned across reviews) Staff attitude ranges from polite to rude — shipping/receiving personnel unreliable Extremely tight lot with small cars everywhere; backing is difficult but doable
