Receiving 6am–2pm, appointment-based. Must sign paperwork in shipping office after getting assigned door number or loading won't start. Live load operation. Typically 20 minutes to 2 hours depending on congestion. Lumper service available; can self-unload. CRITICAL: Low clearance bridge (12'2") on Ave P. Use Wilson Ave approach from Doremus Ave to avoid it. Staff consistently friendly and efficient. First shift performs well; second shift quality varies. Street parking available (police reportedly don't bother). No overnight facility parking or lot parking for drivers. Bathrooms available but cleanliness inconsistent. Free coffee and cookies. Rough road conditions with tough speed bumps when loaded. Large yard with good maneuvering space. ICC cards and medical certificates required. Long waits occasionally despite on-time appointments. Overweight loads may cause delays.
