Facility info

Wait times catastrophic — 6–12 hours standard, even with appointment. Multiple reports of 8+ hour waits for dock door access alone. Live load only — expect to park in gravel lot, call for check-in, wait for dock assignment. No drop-and-hook option. Staff unprofessional — check-in personnel reported rude and dismissive. Will enforce appointment rules inconsistently. Overnight parking available — gravel lot, but policies unclear/inconsistent per reviews. Bathrooms/amenities minimal — no water stations noted despite heat concerns. Load accuracy issues — at least one report of incorrect load requiring reload after supposedly finished. Avoid if possible — majority consensus from drivers: this facility costs time and money. Repeated warnings to skip loads from this location.
