Herb and Joe are the most non caring safety customer service people you could ever encounter. Make a complaint about almost being killed by a driver and they treat you like dog crap. They don’t care at all about human life. Disgusting human beings. And from the reviews, seems like the whole staff is the same. UPDATE….Look at the photo of their crash history. They CLEARLY don’t care about human life.
