Arrived on time for live unload appointment, got right into dock and was unloaded within 2 hours. Had to adjust back tandem tire position a few inches to the left so the tire lock was precisely in place. As is typical for Pepsi, there was a pallet of bottled products that shifted slightly sideways in transit due to lazy loader at shipper who neglected to pack an airbag next to it, but the forklift operator handled it fine and unloaded without issue.

worst company in USA! guards let trucks across the line, only they know why :) and after 3 years the same crap from the company. Doesn't any of the managers read reviews? 2 hours at the dock, no one anywhere, red light immediately turned on and they still haven't started unloading.
I would give 0 star to this location, the worst place to deliver. We had 6 AM appointment, arrived on time, it's been over 7hrs, it;s 1:43 PM now, but trailer still not empty. DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION
