Facility info
CHECK-IN & APPOINTMENTS Appointment required. Check in via intercom at gate—don't arrive more than 1 hour early or they'll send you back. Call posted number if intercom doesn't answer (it's frequently broken). Gate can take 40+ minutes to open on bad days. UNLOAD OPERATIONS Live unload. Do not break seal or open doors until receiver comes to your truck. They verify seal, then you open. Unload times range wildly: 30 minutes to 4+ hours depending on staffing and dock availability. Most reports fall in 1–2 hour range when things run normally, but frequent delays and long waits are common. Only 2 docks reported in some reviews—bottleneck issues when multiple trucks arrive. PAPERWORK & EXIT Receivers come to truck for paperwork. Wait times for paperwork return can add 1+ hour after unload completes. Make sure seal is on documentation before leaving. FACILITY CONDITIONS Newer, clean QCD location. Well-maintained yard (cleaned weekly). Portable restroom in parking lot (porta-potty)—not ideal. No overnight parking for early morning deliveries. Truck parking available on Cherry Avenue side before appointment. STAFF & COMMUNICATION Highly inconsistent. Some staff professional and helpful; others dismissive of early arrivals. Phone reception hit-or-miss. One standout positive review mentions receiver "Gabriel" for excellent customer service, but this is exception not rule. Many complaints about poor communication and lack of responsiveness. SPECIAL NOTES Frozen loads: Multiple rejections reported for temperature/pallet positioning issues—facility is strict on these. Don't arrive early. Come at appointed time only.
Driver reviews
Do not come to this facility it’s like min 5 hours we has carrier can not do anything because the receiver doesn’t care if you have reload or you are 10 minutes late because of shipper loading late.
This place is run by some truly awful people. Now for the details. We had a 6:00 PM appointment and arrived at the gate at 5:59 PM. A truck was already in front of us checking in, and the process took about 10 minutes. Once it was our turn, we checked in, were assigned a door, and were told not to break the seal, not to open the trailer, and not to leave the truck. After sitting in the truck for two and a half hours without any movement, I called the office and was told that I was late and would have to keep waiting. I asked how I could possibly be late when I arrived one minute before my appointment time. The answer I received was: “Even one minute is considered late.” Seriously? You only have one gate. If another truck is already checking in, how am I supposed to register at the exact same time? In the end, I waited seven hours before anyone finally told me to remove the seal, open the trailer doors, and back into the dock. Then it took another three hours to unload the trailer and provide the paperwork. My conclusion is that this facility operates 24 hours a day, but they simply do not have enough work during this shift. As a result, they make drivers sit and wait until the night shift takes over. The night shift then drags the process out as long as possible to justify their presence and workload. To make matters worse, they wrote on the paperwork that we were 10 minutes late. That is simply false. My truck is equipped with a camera system that clearly shows I arrived one minute before the appointment time. Draw your own conclusions. I am not telling anyone what to do, but this was my experience.
Takes too much time to unload
Pretty quick unloading and professional staff
