Facility info
Live load can take 4-6+ hours — product not always ready at appointment time. Drop and hook available and faster. Get there by 1pm if live loading; one fast unloader leaves at 2pm. Security varies wildly — some drivers report friendly, courteous guard shack staff; others cite rude, condescending treatment and confusing instructions. Facility layout is confusing — described as a maze. For generator parts: use specific entrance near end of first dock set, not glass doors to shipping office. Lots of walking required. Loading/unloading speed inconsistent — some report fast turnaround, others say very slow. Quality of service seems dependent on which staff member is working. No overnight semi parking. Facility is clean and well-organized overall. Check-in via guard shack — they provide drop and hook instructions. Move tandems before dropping trailer. Staff attitude mixed — friendly and helpful in some interactions, unhelpful and dismissive in others. Multiple complaints about excessive rules and regulations. Drop and hook is the move if you have a choice — faster and more predictable than live load.

Too slow
Personal de la caseta muy amables lugar rápido para descarga exelente atención del personal
If you picking up generators then go to REHLKO shipping office. Dont go to KOHLAR security its too much BS. REHLKO took 4 hours past my appointment to load 2 generators. People are nice but IDK why they take long time.
Security was very rude and the place is a maze first time here and got turned around and security treated me like a criminal. Worst security ever. And very rude and condescending. Don’t go there unless you half to.
