Appointments required—strict enforcement. Early arrivals may or may not be worked in; policy appears inconsistent. Some drivers get unloaded early, others made to wait until appointment time. Live load/unload only. No drop-and-hook option. Two buildings: 1 Abbott Parkway (raw material delivery, guard check-in on right side) and 2 Abbott Parkway (shipping/receiving on left side). Multiple confusing gates with intercoms—read signs carefully and call ahead if unsure. Check-in at guard gate via intercom. Have trailer license plate number, state, and delivery address ready. Seal required—don't lose it or load will be rejected. Unload times typically 30 minutes to 1 hour when facility is flowing. Wait times can extend to 4-5 hours during busy periods or if you arrive early without guarantee of early service. Some reports of 6+ hour waits. No overnight parking allowed. Must leave immediately after being emptied. Truck stop (Flying J or Hook) 5 miles away. No restroom access in staging area. Restroom available inside building but only while docked; must stay inside or disconnect from trailer to use it. Some drivers report no bathroom access at all—conflicting reports. Staff attitude mixed. Many reports of friendly, professional, courteous employees. Some reports of rude security and staff unwilling to help. One driver reported security threatening police. Facility is clean with adequate dock space. Doors opened from inside dock—don't open trailer doors yourself (company rule). Free snack bars for drivers reported. Facility has restrictive operational rules: can't turn around in yard (must back up), can't stay in truck during unload without disconnecting, must wait in driver area. Yard layout has construction ongoing.

Can come early if you’re drop & hook but not too early. I’ve always come on the same day 4-6 hours early. Gotta have your truck license plate number, usually a 108 number (my company never sends the 108 number for this customer for some reason), your DL number, destination (street address included). Guard will check your trailer, doesn’t need to be spotless but don’t bring a dirty trailer. Office & guards are usually pretty nice, never had an issue with them. I’m usually in & out in no more than 20 minutes. No overnight parking.
Don’t come here for delivery only by appointment they don’t accept even 20 minutes early no overnight parking 🤮🤮

This is THE BEST receiving location EVER!!! Every single person here had a smile on their face and an amazing attitude - from the Guard across the street at 1 Abbott Parkway to the Guard at 2 Abbott Parkway and Sheldon in the Receiving Office! And to add to that, Sheldon had us checked in, unloaded with BOL’s in hand in less than 30 minutes. Just WOW!!
