Quick turnaround — most loads done in 30 minutes to 1.5 hours Early arrivals accommodated without issue. Appointment times honored but not rigid. Pre-load requirements: 4+ hours of drive time available and minimum half tank of fuel required to load. Facility states this is a safety/logistics requirement, not a wait-time threshold. Some drivers find this rule frustrating if destination is closer than 4 hours. Safety vest required before passing guard house. Staff consistently described as professional, friendly, courteous, and polite — both in receiving and guard gate. Paperwork check-in straightforward: PU number, driver's license, fuel level, hours of service. No overnight parking. Receiving hours: 7am–3pm. Yard has adequate maneuvering room. Trailers should be clean. A small number of reviews reference facility-wide operational issues unrelated to driver experience (product recalls, facility shutdowns). These do not impact dock operations or driver handling.
