Facility info

First come, first serve — no appointments Wait times all over the map: anywhere from 1 hour to 7+ hours. Most common complaints are 4-6 hour waits. Some report quick loads (under 1 hour), others say it depends on arrival time Avoid arriving at noon — facility closes 12:00-13:00 for lunch Three loading docks available Live load operation Heavy loads — weights can reach 44,000+ pounds Trailer inspection is strict and non-negotiable. Facility rejects trailers for: Any visible dirt, dust, or residue — expect thorough inspection Moisture/dampness — trailer must be completely dry before loading (peanuts/food product). Have washout receipt ready Glass, nails, holes, or damage — even tiny pieces in cracks Once rejected, some drivers report refusal to let them sweep/clean and being told to bring a different trailer Staff generally friendly and courteous — not a complaint area Facility experience: Limited overnight parking available (not guaranteed, ask at office) Bathrooms on site Wide docks with good maneuvering space Easy access Check in at office — get on the list for available dock Once assigned a dock, loading typically 30 minutes to 3 hours depending on load size Bottom line: Staff is good, facility is functional, but expect long waits and bring a spotless, bone-dry trailer or don't bother coming.
