WAIT TIMES Highly inconsistent — ranges from 1.5 hours to 7+ hours at dock. Many reports of 3-6 hour waits for door assignment after check-in. Some drivers get doors quickly; others wait all day with no clear pattern. Staffing shortages cited multiple times. Appointment times often don't prevent long waits. CHECK-IN & OPERATIONS Kiosk-based check-in is straightforward — have your load number ready (typically starts with 03x or 301). Move tandems back before scales. Doors checked via camera. Text notifications for door assignments. Drop and hook available but requires exiting scales multiple times for weight verification. WEIGHT REQUIREMENTS Minimum 77,000 lbs enforced strictly. If under, you'll be sent to dock for additional loading — even if only 400 lbs short. Scale at entrance and exit. LOAD SECURITY Requires 2 straps/load bars minimum or you don't leave. Trailers locked at air supply during loading. Enforcement is consistent. GATE/ENTRY Two separate entrances (JB Hunt vs. regular receiving). Enter via Lynch Street to S 3rd Street, right at Anheuser Busch sign. Staging lot with ~15 spaces available before security. Road conditions poor — deteriorated pavement and potholes throughout property. STAFF ATTITUDE Mixed reviews. Guard shack staff frequently described as rude, dismissive, or unhelpful. Some positive notes about loaders and yard personnel. Security attitude varies significantly. FACILITY Overnight parking available in yard. Trucker lounge with restrooms near doors 0-44 and entrance. Refreshments available. Large facility, confusing layout — drive slowly first visit. DOT does random inspections on property including at night. DROP AND HOOK Faster than live load but still requires scale stops and can involve delays if load needs adjustment for weight. LOADING SPEED Slow — one pallet at a time with wait intervals reported. Even drop-and-hook not quick. GENERAL Very busy volume operation. Outcome heavily dependent on time of arrival and luck with door availability. Come prepared to wait. Low detention

Usually takes about 2-3 hours to get loaded, will take you early for appt but don't be late, has parking available outside gate, follow direction when pulling on scale and wont have any problems. Have pick up number ready and doors open when pulling on scale.

This is my first time here and I accidentally left the load lock inside the trailer. After loading from inside there was nothing. I apologized for my carelessness and asked for a refund. In response, I heard shouting and curses addressed to me. It turns out I committed a federal crime. I had to go to security and ask them to return it. If you want to talk about something with the person in the photo, don't do it.
